Aufgrund der aktuell stark ansteigenden Corona-Infektionszahlen haben der Gesetzgeber und die Stadt Köln die Voraussetzungen zur Teilnahme an unserer Veranstaltung deutlich verschärft.
Ab sofort darf nur noch an unserer Veranstaltung – sowohl als Teil des Veranstalterteams, Gast oder Künstler – teilnehmen, wer
– vollständig gegen das Corona-Virus geimpft ist
oder
– selbst eine Infektion durchgemacht hat und diese durch den Befund eines PCR-Tests, der mindestens 28 Tage alt, höchstens aber 6 Monate alt ist, nachweisen kann,
und
-einen maximal 24 Stunden alten PCR-Test oder einen maximal 24 Stunden alten Antigen-Schnelltest vorzeigen kann.
Die Nachweise sind mit offiziellen Dokumenten (z. B. Impfpass, Bescheinigung Apotheke, Gesundheitsamt, Testzentrum) zu belegen. Darüber hinaus ist ein amtliches Ausweisdokument (Personalausweis, Reisepass) zur Feststellung der Personenidentität mitzuführen und bei der Einlasskontrolle vorzuzeigen (auch bei persönlicher Bekanntheit).
Personen, welche die vorstehenden Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllen, können nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen.
Der Veranstalter ist verpflichtet, nur Personen mit vollständig mitgeführten Dokumenten einzulassen, da ansonsten sowohl ihm als auch dem betreffenden Gast hohe (Geld-) Strafen drohen.
